I have been thinking about getting a little more serious about my body and getting in shape. I'm not fat by any means, but I could use a little toning up. I've done a good bit of research and I'll share some of the stuff I have learned with you.
One of the first things I did was to look at the possibility of taking fat burner supplement pills. But it didn't take long for me to realize that it may be a waste of money. I carefully researched the reviews for many of these and most of time people complained that they didn't help. Some people even got scammed and kept getting their credit card billed when they ordered some of this stuff. I also learned that usually these kinds of supplements are just some form of caffeine and other various herbal ingredients.
I also looked at Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide. It looked pretty good but it's a little bit out of my price range. I'm sure it is effective but I wanted to see if there was something I could find that wouldn't break the bank. I bought her program and I have really enjoyed it. The training sessions are designed to help me burn fat and build a little bit of muscle (not too much, but just enough to tone everything up). She also provides some really helpful information on diet and nutrition. Overall I'm really happy with this program and I really like the videos she has included. Watching her keeps me motivated to stay in the gym and follow this program until I get the results that I want.
